ST. GEORGE — Canyon Media sales whiz Jaedon Schwartz had a hankering for donuts, so he was in luck with this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu.” Host Sheldon Demke brought him to Daylight Donuts in St. George, where there’s no shortage of scrumptious sweets.

Daylight Donuts is a traditional donut shop offering a wide variety of melt-in-your-mouth goodies. They’re distinctively light in texture, big in flavor and baked fresh every morning, never frozen or left over from the previous day.

Daylight Donuts is under new ownership, but they’re serving up the same tasty goodness that Southern Utahns have adored for years. Conveniently located on Bluff Street, the store is now open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.

“They have everything right here at Daylight Donuts,” Demke said. “Raised donuts, cake donuts, cinnamon rolls; so much, everything you want. They’re classic donuts, and I love it!”

The duo feasted their brains out at Daylight Donuts. For their first selections, Demke opted for the Bavarian cream while Schwartz grabbed an angel cream with coconut.

Daylight Donuts also offers convenient combos with coffee and soda that are perfect for friends and family. Or you can be the hero of your office and bring some for everybody!

“We were so impressed with Daylight Donuts, we had to bring some to the office,” Demke said.
