ST. GEORGE — Red Cliffs is Southern Utah’s place to be for good food, great shopping and fun with family and friends. This week, “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke visited the newest addition to their culinary offerings, Kaiseki Sushi.

Kaiseki Sushi is St. George’s premier sushi boutique. Traditional Japanese cuisine meets contemporary flair at a destination designed for those who appreciate the artistry and precision that goes into each and every dish.

Explore the exotic flavors of Kaiseki Sushi with Sheldon and Sandra in this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu” in the media player above.

This cozy, intimate Japanese restaurant is perfect for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. Along with his guest, Sandra Doyle from the Canyon Media crew, Demke dove into several of their signature offerings.

They tried the hash browns, rolls of spicy tuna with crab mix, cream cheese and cucumbers, as well as the hamachi crudo. This delicate appetizer combines avocado, jalapeños, scallions and ponzu, a dipping sauce made from soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar and fish flakes.

“The jalapeño has a crunch, and I love crunch,” Demke said. “That is delicious.”

Kaiseki Sushi was created in Carlsbad, California by Tin Nguyen. As a master sushi chef for over 15 years, Nguyen uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create his delicious sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes. He believes that sushi isn’t just a meal, but an experience that should excite all of your senses.

Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or new to the world of raw fish, Kaiseki Sushi offers something for everyone. Visit their new St. George location today and experience an unforgettable culinary journey that will leave you craving more.
