William W. Way, Jr., was born in rural upstate New York, graduated high school in 1973 and attended BYU, earning a BA and MPA. William has spent most of his career working in local government service as a city manager in cities in both eastern and western states. He and his wife Dana currently reside in St. George, Utah.
In the early portion of his career William was active in campaign politics. He managed congressional and county attorney's races. He acted as a consultant on a gubernatorial race and several other congressional races.
Most recently, William completed a book, "Tales From The Orchard," to be publish this summer. He is authoring another book, "Fishing America With Grandpa," that will be published next year. He is an avid reader and also maintains two blogs, WWWJr's Political Mussings, and Because I Like to Write.
