ST. GEORGE — We are pleased to announce that Devin Snow and Jeff Miles are
the newest shareholders of the Southern Utah law firm of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., with offices in St. George, Cedar City, and Kanab.
Snow and Miles are recognized as highly skilled lawyers within our profession and have contributed significantly to our firm’s growth, vitality, and reputation. We are confident that both attorneys will enjoy continued success and merit recognition in the legal community.
Devin Snow graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2012. He has been an associate with the firm since 2012. While in law school Snow clerked at the office of General Counsel at Brigham Young University. He has developed a high level of expertise in the areas of real estate and local government law and represents a number of municipalities in Southern Utah. Snow also provides legal counsel to several of the state’s top-tier real estate developers. He also assisted with the creation of public infrastructure districts, which are taxing entities used to finance public infrastructure.
Snow provided key input that was adopted as part of the legislation enacted in 2020 and 2021 to streamline and improve the process for creating and operating public infrastructure districts. Utah Business Magazine recently named him as one of the state’s legal elite in the area of real estate law. He enjoys being actively involved in his community and currently serves as a member of the board of Southwest Symphony.
Jeff Miles graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2012. He has been an associate with the firm since September 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Miles clerked for United States Federal Judge Ted Stewart. His primary area of focus is litigation and trial work. He is an essential part and contributor to the firm’s litigation practice and has played an integral role in several complex and high-level cases in both the State and Federal courts.
Miles represents both individuals and businesses and regularly engages in all aspects of litigation, with primary emphasis in business, commercial litigation, deceptive practices, negligence, real estate and construction issues, and insurance disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Miles worked as a Certified Public Accountant and auditor and relies on his accounting and auditing background to assist his clients in litigating complex financial cases.
Both Snow and Miles have demonstrated during their practice a commitment to the highest standard of competence and ethics in their profession. We congratulate both for attaining this important milestone in their legal careers. We are grateful to have them as new shareholders of the firm.
