Museums in St. George and Santa Clara now open; volunteers needed

ST. GEORGE — Do you like history?

The Pioneer Courthouse at 97 E. St. George Blvd. is now open Friday, Saturday and Monday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Santa Clara History Museum at Santa Clara City Hall, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, is now open from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday and from 2-5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The glockenspiel clock tower at Santa Clara City Hall chimes every hour on the hour.

Additionally, the Washington County Historical Society is seeking website volunteer help. Please call 435-275-7409.
