‘HeartBeat’ set to play the best of Heart at one-night-only performance at the Electric Theatre

ST. GEORGE — Coming June 17, for one night is “HeartBeat: The Best of Heart” featuring five local musicians with resumes ranging from studio to stage success.

One of southern Utah’s favorite musicians, John Houston, and femme fatale frontwoman, Alice Ericksen, have teamed up to form a tribute band that they both agree should have happened long ago. Shauna Ritter, Luke Randall, and Matt LeFevre join Houston and Ericksen to fill out a line-up that demands energy and passion for the music of Heart, fronted distinctly by sisters and rock icons, Ann and Nancy Wilson.

This Stage Door produced performance at The Electric Theater located at 68 E. Tabernacle St., will be the band’s debut preview show, giving the audience a taste of the full concert experience, set to tour internationally.

The concert offers Heart fans numerous hits spanning three decades, including contemporary folk favorites like Dog & Butterfly, power ballads such as What About Love and classic head-bangers like Barracuda.

On the heels of her triumphant Kayenta Center for the Arts performance, singer-songwriter Amanda Barrick lends her unique acoustic rock vibe to the night as the opening act.

Get general admission tickets online  or at the door. Tickets are only $10 for this one night only live performance sure to have audiences rockin’ in their seats.
