In spite of her frequent objections, Florence Holmes Stucki turns 100 years June 28th. She is the matriarch of a blended family: some call her Mom, some call her Mother, and some call her Florence. But they all call her the savior-of-the-family.
Somewhat reluctantly, she acknowledges six children: Carla (Gaylen) Gurr, Von (Elizabeth) Stucki, Warren (Linda) Stucki, Deanna Kerbow, Maureen (Don—deceased) Ashcroft, and ElRoy (Alda) Stucki—both deceased.
She is less reluctant, though nonetheless amazed, to acknowledge the existence of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Where do they all come from?
We love you Mom, Mother, Florence and wish you a wonderful birthday!
