Civil Science celebrates 20-year anniversary by giving back to St. George Community

Civil Science, Inc., a civil engineering consulting firm, that has been providing services in St. George for over 10 years, celebrated the firm’s 20-year anniversary by giving back to the St. George Community via a day of service.

Employees and family members from their St. George and Las Vegas offices joined in to help the City of St. George Parks Department by cleaning up, raking mountain bike trails and repainting the Snake Hollow Bike Park on Oct. 18, 2022.

“To celebrate our 20-year anniversary we wanted to find a way to give back to our local communities” said Tyler Turner, Vice President of Civil Science, who is a St. George resident. “We have provided services to our local municipalities since we started as a firm and wanted to share our 20-year celebration with our St. George Community. This service was a way to give back.”

Civil Science’s local office manager, Cody Howick, also expressed his appreciation to the St. George Parks Department, who helped to organize and provided materials to support this service opportunity. Civil Science has been providing planning, design and construction services to southern Utah communities for over 10 years.

Since 2002, as a company Civil Science has grown to nine office locations across five states and is 100% Employee Owned. The company employs over 100 engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, technicians and staff who provide a full complement of planning, design, surveying, landscape architecture and civil engineering services.
