ST. GEORGE — The law firm of Bingham Snow & Caldwell is pleased to announce and welcome the addition of Michael R. Shaw to its St. George location. Shaw brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience in litigation and family law.
In addition to continuing to provide top-quality legal representation, his move to Bingham Snow & Caldwell will allow him to more fully focus on serving as a mediator, filling a growing need in Southern Utah.
Shaw received his Juris Doctor from the S. J. Quinney College of Law in 1987, and also has completed additional training from the Mediation Advocacy Training in 1995, Guardian ad Litem Training in 2005, and Mediation and Domestic Mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution in 2011.
Recognizing that remaining current in training is essential; Shaw is also active in the Alternative Dispute Resolution movement.
