ST. GEORGE — First responders were sent to a single-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 15 near Toquerville Monday night.
Responders were called out just after 10:30 p.m. to a crash in the area of mile 27 near the exit to Toquerville. The incident involved a white passenger car that had rolled and hit the metal guardrail along the side of the roadway, according to a post on the Hurricane Valley Fire District’s Facebook page.
“The guardrail had penetrated through the engine compartment and into the passenger compartment,” according to the post.
There was one occupant in the car, and no injuries were reported related to the crash, the post added.
Fire and ambulance crews responded out of Station 43 in LaVerkin.
