Suspect accused of pulling knife on two individuals trying to help following St. George crash

GEORGE — A two-vehicle crash escalated into an altercation that reportedly involved a suspect accused of pulling a knife on two parties before fleeing a scene that left two individuals with minor injuries. The suspect was later found with a blood alcohol level that was nearly four times the legal limit in Utah.

Ohio couple allegedly found with ‘large’ bags of meth, weapons in Washington County

ST. GEORGE — Two minor traffic violations led to the search of a vehicle after an open bottle of beer reportedly fell from the passenger’s lap as he exited the car during a recent early-morning traffic stop. A few miles north of the Utah-Arizona border, officers also discovered that one of the occupants was wanted on a felony warrant issued out of Ohio.
