ST. GEORGE — When it comes to burgers, not all are created equal. If you’re on the hunt for a scrumptious gourmet burger in Southern Utah, look no further than Burger Theory.
Monica McGlochlin with 99.9 KONY Country loves a good burger just as much as “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke, so he invited her to join him for this week’s episode and check out everything Burger Theory has to offer.

Located inside the Holiday Inn near the convention center in St. George, Burger Theory is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They specialize in burgers and craft beer but offer a wide menu sure to please any palate.
Demke and McGlochlin got things started with the Lonestar Burger. Stacked with cheese, bacon and onion rings, it’s everything you want in a burger.
Next, the Classic Burger was anything but ordinary. It was loaded with lettuce, tomato, pickles and grilled onions and dripping with Burger Theory’s signature sauce, Killer Good Burger.
“You can see it all over my fingers,” McGlochlin said. “That’s when you know it’s a good burger.”
The surprise of the day, however, was the fish tacos. Parmesan panko-crusted cod, fresh cabbage, pico de gallo and zesty white sauce wrapped in warm tortillas.
“Do yourself a favor and check out the hidden gem that is Burger Theory,” Demke said.
Burgers at Burger Theory are prepared and formed fresh daily. You can choose from their celebrated house burger selection, or build your own just as you like it. The Burger Theory team is passionate about making their menu from scratch and keeping guests happy.
