The 24-hour fundraising event that will be held Tuesday, April 18, gives donors the opportunity to choose what cause their donation will be used toward.

Utah Tech President Richard “Biff” Williams has been with the university since the first implementation of the fundraiser.

“Trailblazer Day of Giving is a great opportunity to come together and demonstrate to our students that we care about them, we care about their education, and we care about their futures,” Williams said.

This year’s fundraiser is focused on raising money for student needs and scholarships.

“All funds raised through this effort directly impacts students and helps them achieve their educational goals,” Williams said.

Follow this link to donate to the general scholarship fund, the high-need scholarship fund, the struggling student fund and a category called the “area of greatest need.” The university website will act as a hub for anyone to donate.

The greatest need category allows the university discretion to apply funding to important needs as they arise around campus.

People also may donate on this website to specific colleges, clubs, athletics and the Atwood Innovation Plaza.
