ST. GEORGE — As host of “What’s on the Menu,” Sheldon Demke makes a habit of visiting Southern Utah’s best places to eat. But this week, the beauty of catering meant that the restaurant came to him.

Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in St. George stopped by Canyon Media’s headquarters with sweet treats in tow to show Demke and his colleagues just how easy catering can be. The crew feasted on two delicious flavors: vanilla Oreo and chocolate peanut butter brownie.

“And to say it was a hit is an understatement,” Demke said. “It was an office party, complete with toppings, syrups, whipped cream and a cherry on top.”
