Virgin River Naturals, a local candle company, has benefited from the Saint George Market in a variety of ways.

“This market has proven to be an ideal testing ground for our products, allowing us to get hands-on customer reception and feedback,” the company’s leadership team said. “Through this market, we have had an opportunity to network and interact with other local artists and makers. Not only does this provide a social connection, but it has also provided us with a way to source and recruit local talent to collaborate with us on our product line.”

“There’s a bigger picture to be found at the Saint George Market,” founder Indigo Klabanoff said. “We partner and make connections with entrepreneurs and creatives to bring a curated market to the city we love.

“Not only that, we are St. George’s small business incubator,” she continued. “These businesses gain insightful business guidance to prepare them to do their best at market. After the market, we evaluate their success to help them with their growth at market and beyond.”

According to the Saint George Market website, Southern Utahns know that a market day means grabbing a beverage with a friend and perusing the market. It means sharing stories with merchants while browsing unique artisan goods.

On a market day, we catch hands-on demonstrations and garner how many small businesses we can support. We eat and eat, and try out new delectable cuisine we may not have tried if it wasn’t for the market.

A market day means a day for socializing and supporting local. Market shoppers enjoy the finest that local businesses offer in a bustling, supportive environment. Watercolorists share the inspiration of their works, jewelry makers show how they forge. Woodworkers show how they sand.

Come see why Saint George Market belongs to every member of our community. It’s our market – our heart.

We think it will soon be your market too.
