What’s on the Menu: Berries-n-Cream | Sponsored by CasaBlanca Resort & Casino

ST. GEORGE — As host of “What’s on the Menu,” Sheldon Demke makes a habit of visiting Southern Utah’s best places to eat. But this week, the beauty of catering meant that the restaurant came to him.

Berries-n-Cream owner Noel Mickelson stopped by Canyon Media’s headquarters with her sweet treats in tow to show Demke and his colleagues how easy catering can be. The cups are already loaded with fresh, delicious berries, so all you and your guests need to do is add the cream and toppings of your choice, and enjoy. There’s also chocolate-covered strawberries!

Dig into some sweet treats from Berries-n-Cream with Sheldon and the Canyon Media crew in this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu” in the media player above.

“There’s only one thing better than Berries-n-Cream, and that’s Berries-n-Cream without leaving the office,” Demke said. “How convenient is this?”

For events big or small, Berries-n-Cream has you covered. And Demke isn’t the only one who thinks this idea is genius – even if their math skills are a little dubious.

“I’ve had cream before, and it’s OK. I’ve had berries before, OK,” “Grady Clocks In” host Grady Sinclair said. “But you mix them, it’s like one plus one equals 10.”

Berries-n-Cream lets customers create their own well-rounded cup of health-conscious deliciousness. The beauty lies in the simplicity of the concept. Pick your berries, choose your cream, and if you want toppings, they’ve got plenty, from sprinkles and chocolate chunks to cashews and peanuts. Mickelson puts her heart and soul into every dish, and it shows.
