ST. GEORGE — It’s the start of another year and the perfect time to try something new, so “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke invited the show’s videographer, Aaron Crane, to step out from behind the lens for a change and join him for lunch at Wing Nutz. But wait – who’s filming?!
Crane has worked the camera for every episode of “What’s on the Menu,” so he knows the drill. The dynamic duo started lunch with an order of traditional bone-in wings smothered in buffalo sauce. The wings at Wing Nutz are baked, not fried, which means they’re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and totally guilt-free.

Demke and Crane also tried the chicken quesadilla, which comes with a side of buffalo chips. It’s baked chicken, pico de gallo and plenty of cheese all wrapped up in a perfectly crispy tortilla.
“I love chicken quesadillas. Growing up, my brother and I would make them all the time,” Crane said. “Right here, I can be in my zone, watch sports, have a chicken quesadilla; it just reminds me of home.”
