Clawson started Fed Up Kitchen in her own home eight years ago. After entering a bikini fitness competition, she realized that food played a huge role in achieving the results she desired. Beyond losing weight and gaining muscle, healthy eating simply helps people feel better.

“You really can’t outwork a bad diet, and people realize that,” she said. “It’s really what we eat every single day, and it’s all about consistency.”

Fed Up Kitchen personalizes a macronutrient meal program for every subscriber. The program breaks down each meal into protein, carbohydrates and fats, going a step further than just counting total calories.

Meal plans are sold in 30, 60 and 90-day programs, and the menu rotates every month to ensure an exciting variety. Everything is gluten-free and portioned to fit each individual subscriber.

“People need this,” Clawson said. “They really don’t know where to start, and they don’t know how to make that perfect balanced meal, so we take out all of the guesswork for people.”
