I-15 road construction in Nevada: Good news and bad news

ST. GEORGE — Good news and bad news for the road construction on I-15 in Nevada. The bad news: Paving still needs to be completed from about mile marker 95 near the Overton exit to Mesquite, and crews are behind schedule. The good news: Both lanes are now open southbound at about mile marker 112.

CEDAR CITY — Police in Cedar City have arrested a man for allegedly stealing copper wire and causing damage at a construction site.

Colorado City fly-in brings in thousands to celebrate and teach history of the skies

ST. GEORGE — By adding an air show, the Colorado City Fly-in and Air Show at the Colorado City Municipal Airport saw an attendance increase of almost 1,000 from last year’s event within the Short Creek area on the border of Arizona and Utah.
