Levi Ray Carpenter

March 3, 1985 — Aug. 2, 2022

Levi Ray Carpenter, 37, went home on Aug. 2, 2022. He was born on March 3, 1985, to Glenn Ray and Gayle Ann Carpenter in St. George, Utah.

Levi lived and went to school in both St. George and Cedar City, making connections and friends through all grades.

From the ages of ten to fifteen, we got to share Levi’s love with his dad, his new mom, brothers Cade, Kyle, and Kary, and Grandparents Claude and Lola Ann Jones while he lived and went to school in Cedar.

A bit later in life, living back with his mother, they welcomed his newest baby brother, Jakobe Bowler on Dec. 20, 2004. Always a proud big brother, Levi loved Jakobe with his whole heart.

Two years later Levi met and fell in love with Ashley Garcia on Dec. 2, 2006. They instantly became a family of three; Levi, Ashley, and little Ra’ees who was born in 2002. One year later they welcomed Tonya into their family, she being their second child, and first daughter. Later, in 2009, they welcomed their third child, and second daughter, Khloe. Levi and Ashley were married on April 20, 2010, and later blessed with one more beautiful baby, Levi Robert, in 2013.

Levi was a very talented singer, rapper, and tattoo artist. He truly was an all-around talent with a kind heart. To know him was to love him.

He is survived by his grandparents, Lorna Muir, Randall Bowler, and Claude and Lola Ann Jones; his loving parents, Glenn (Jolynn) Carpenter, and Gayle Bowler; his brothers Jakobe Bowler, Cade (Andrea) Boardman, Kyle (Myra) Boardman, and Kary Boardman; his children Ra’ees Garcia (currently serving in the marines), Tonya, Khloe, and Levi Carpenter. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a niece, as well as many friends and loved ones.

The funeral services for Levi will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S Bluff Street, St. George, Utah, with a viewing prior to services from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
