ST. GEORGE — An early morning call to 911 led police to a fatal gunshot victim in the South Dixie Drive area, according to a news release from the St. George Police Department.
The call came in at 7:30 a.m. and when officers arrived, they located a 37-year-old male dead from a gunshot wound.
Officers contacted a male and a female who were inside the home at the time of the shooting.
The identity of those involved will be released after the families have been notified.
While this is an active investigation, police say that there is no threat to the community at this time.
