FEATURE — Halloween is over. That means we’ve entered the holiday season! This time of year, you may find yourself doing more grocery shopping – or shopping for items not usually included on your list.

With so many options available, it can be tricky to know which items you should buy. As you browse each section of the store, keep the tips below in mind. They will help you choose between healthy and less healthy items.
