Jacob Ralph Schmier, 81, passed away July 10, 2019, in Hurricane, Utah. He was born May 9, 1938, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Jacob and Dora Veto Schmier.
He married Reva Lynn Elmhurst on July 11, 1970, in Hayward, California.
He is survived by his wife, Reva; children: Pamela, Dana and Jake (Amy); grandchildren: Natalie (Austin), Heidi, and Robert; great-grandchild, Ryver; and siblings: Joyce, Don (Jenny), Wanda, and Jerry (Verlene). He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Dora.
Services
- Graveside services will be held Monday, July 15 at 11 a.m. at the Hurricane City Cemetery, 526 West 600 North, Hurricane, Utah.
- A visitation will be prior to service from 10-10:30 a.m. at the Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary, 140 North Main Street, Hurricane, Utah.
