MISSING: Police ask for help locating runaway teen

ST. GEORGE — The St. George Police Department is asking for the public’s aid in locating a teen who went missing last week.

According to a social media post from the Police Department, 16-year-old Adelyn Mosqueda has been missing since June 21 and has been classified as a possible runaway.

Police believe she may be in the Hurricane area, as she has family there, St. George Police officer Tiffany Atkin told St. George News Friday.

Mosqueda is described as a white female of medium complexion, standing 5 feet, 2 inches tall, with brown hair and green eyes and weighing 100 pounds.

Anyone with information concerning Mosqueda’s whereabouts is asked to contact the St. George Police Department at 435-627-4300 and reference incident No. 19P015574 when calling.
