Grady Clocks In: Changing the world with a spatula at ‘Bout Time! Pub and Grub

FEATURE — Can a hamburger change your life? Not likely. But then again, it has often been said that the fastest way to a man’s heart (and let’s face it, a woman’s too), is through their stomach.

In this week’s episode of “Grady Clocks In” Canyon Media sales guru Grady Sinclair ditches the tie and laptop for an apron and spatula, and heads to ‘Bout Time! Pub and Grub.

The popular sports bar recently won first place in four categories in the 2019 Best of Southern Utah awards: “Best Sports Bar,” “Best Bar and Grill,” “Best Burger” and “Best Chicken Wings.”

The restaurant also offers a wide range of other menu items including fresh salads, fish, nachos, pizzas, sliders and a great selection of beer, alcohol and other beverages.

Hot on the heels of their recent accolades Grady decided to stop by ‘Bout Time! and lend a helping hand.

“All I need is one spatula and I can change the world,” he said.

Like many, Grady said he spent some time in his youth working in the restaurant business, but he seems to have forgotten what he learned as he bumbles through this episode filling in as a bus boy, waiter and chef.

Can ‘Bout Time! owner Darwin Harrington intervene in time to stop Grady from smashing a perfectly good burger into oblivion?

Will he ever learn what goes into making the mouthwatering Captain Morgan Teriyaki burger? Hint: It’s a hamburger topped with a couple of pineapple slices and doused with a rum-based teriyaki sauce.

Maybe a burger can change a life.
