Carol Muterspaugh, 75, passed away June 4, 2019, in Hurricane, Utah. She was born April 26, 1944, in Heber City, Utah, to William LeRoy and Elva Simmons Casper.

A memorial/open house will be held Saturday, June 8, from 2-4 p.m. at the Sky Mountain Chapel, 452 N. 2600 West, Hurricane, Utah.
