PROVO — The Desert Hills boys won their seventh straight state track and field championship Saturday at Brigham Young University, while the Cedar Lady Reds edged Desert Hills by a slim one-point margin to win the girls 4A title.

St. George News photographer Dave Larson caught plenty of action Friday and Saturday as Desert Hills, Cedar and the other top athletes from Region 9 closed out the year with an impressive array of performances.
