OGDEN — Due to soggy weather conditions that made Lindquist Field unplayable, the remaining games of the 4A state baseball tournament have been moved to St. George starting Monday, athletic officials announced Friday.

Dixie had been scheduled to face Spanish Fork in the one-loss bracket at 1:30 p.m. Friday, while Desert Hills was scheduled to play Salem Hills in the semifinals at 4:30 p.m. Those game times will remain unchanged as action resumes on Monday at Dixie State University, according to the updated official tournament bracket that was posted shortly after 2 p.m. Friday.

The winner of the Dixie vs. Spanish Fork game will then face the loser of the Desert Hills vs. Salem Hills game at 7 p.m. Monday. The final two teams left will play for the championship at noon Tuesday, with a second game to follow, if necessary, should the team with one loss win the first game.
