FEATURE — With the hot summer months on the horizon, it is time for people to start thinking about ways to keep those blazing temperatures at bay. However, many Southern Utah residents don’t know the best place to turn for help when something breaks down.

Technicians that are “Trust Certified” will be easily recognizable by a blue badge on their trucks and on their uniform. Before any team member is qualified, they must meet four requirements to ensure customers are always satisfied with their work, which include the following:
- Pass a full background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Receive a Trane factory technician certification.
- Pass the “Trust Certification” process.
Depending on how motivated the individual is, Pincock said, the Trane factory certification training can take anywhere from 4-12 months and can be completed online.
The in-house mechanical certification includes passing installation, service, policy and procedure exams with other team members, which Pincock said ensures a standardized process on everything from how they install equipment to how they park their vans and even how they greet customers at the door.
“That allows us to give what we call ‘wow service,’” he said, adding they will always be the company everyone can trust to come into their home.
