MISSING: St. George Police seek help locating missing teen

ST. GEORGE — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing St. George teenager last seen Thursday.

Alexander Aponte, 16, reportedly left  the Washington County Youth Crisis Center on 200 East and has not been heard from since, St. George Police officer Tiffany Atkin said.

Aponte is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing 115 pounds with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.

Over the last few months the youth has been listed as a runaway a number of times, Atkin added, and while he is missing, he is not endangered at this time.

Anyone with information regarding Aponte’s whereabouts is asked to call the St. George Police Department at 435-637-4300.
