ST. GEORGE — The National Trial Lawyers: Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers Association is pleased to announce that Kevin Swenson of the Swenson & Shelley Injury Attorneys in St. George has been selected for inclusion into its group, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.

    So they defend truckers who seriously injure people or represent people seriously injured by truckers? I guess if I ever get injured by a trucker I’ll have to play the ‘my lawyer is better than yours game’. It’s a shame that these kind of people are necessary in the first place I suppose.

    There are too many trial lawyers these days and they are only monitored by peers. There are many starving lawyers in California, a lawyer has to be really good and attend a top rated school to do well. Many trial lawyers are sharks; I suppose they are a necessary evil in our litigious society.
