FEATURE — Live a better life. Spend more time with family. Go the gym. But when? There just isn’t enough time. Does that scenario sound all too familiar?

Since the ancient Babylonians first began making New Year’s resolutions over 4,000 years ago, humans have marked the beginning of the new year with a call to personal improvement. Nearly 45 percent of Americans each year sit back to examine their lives and make resolutions to change, but research shows only about 8 percent actually achieve their goals. Before we know it, another year has passed.
