Traffic alert: Crash causes delays southbound on I-15 in Cedar City

ST. GEORGE — A crash on Interstate 15 in Cedar City is causing delays for motorists.

Emergency personnel are working a crash near exit 59 in Cedar City. According to an alert from the Utah Department of Transportation website, both southbound lanes are blocked. Motorists are using the shoulder to pass the crash.

The road impact is expected to be cleared by 11 a.m.

Update 10:45 a.m. Both lanes have been cleared.
