Community invited to fundraising luncheon for Tyler Truman family

ST. GEORGE – The following is a letter from St. George News CEO Shane Brinkerhoff to the community of Utah’s Dixie, inviting all to a fundraising luncheon for the benefit of the family of Tyler Truman, who died Monday.

Dear friends of Tyler Truman.

Many of us have been asked how you can help the Truman family.

Today we are hosting a fundraiser luncheon to raise money to help the family stay focused on each other rather than finances as long as possible.

Please join us from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and enjoy an unlimited pizza and pasta buffet for $20 a plate in the banquet room of the Pasta Factory, 2 W. St. George Blvd., St. George. We have arranged for food costs to be covered so 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Truman family.

We are looking for donations for the auction that will be held during the luncheon. If you would like to donate please call me at telephone 435-229-7945 or 435-218-3205.

Items must be received by 9:30 a.m. at the offices of St. George News, 158 W. 1600 South, St. George. Donations for the family will also be accepted at the luncheon or by contacting St. George News.

If you cannot donate, please show up to give support to this family in their time of need.

Please spread the word by sharing or reposting.
