Jason Dozier was called home to his Heavenly Father on Sept. 14, 2016. Born May 7, 2000 in Fallon, Nevada, to True and William Dozier, he is preceded in death by his father.
Jason spent the first few years of his life traveling the West Coast with his family. His favorite place above all was Oregon before the family settled in Cedar City, Utah.
A junior at Cedar High School, Jason participated in band and the robotics club. In his spare time, Jason loved playing video games and spending time in the outdoors with his family.
Jason’s biggest idol was Dan Kidder, who he spent a lot of time with fishing and enjoying outdoor activities.
He also loved every minute he could get with his big brother Austin Thunder shooting the bows and guns they both enjoyed. Additionally, Jason enjoyed spending time learning how to fix and work on vehicles from Austin and his stepdad Bryce Garant.
One of Jason’s most favorite things to do was spending time with his mom whether it was just talking and laughing or taking hikes to do some rock hounding – an activity that was one of their most memorable pastimes together.
Jason is survived and will be missed by his mom and step-dad True and Bryce Garant and his older brother Austin Thunder, sister-in-law Megan Woolsey and his favorite niece Brittnie Thunder.
