Wilma Joyce Anderson, 81, passed away Friday, Aug. 12, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born July 5, 1935, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Howard F. and Josephine I. Wickers Munn. She married Charles W. Anderson (deceased) on Sept. 12, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Wilma and Chuck raised their family in Southern California. Wilma worked for the Bank of America, and she and Chuck retired in 1983 and moved to Cedar City, Utah.
She enjoyed yard work and gardening, reading and crocheting, and especially her dogs. She loved her family more than anything. She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of the Mountain View Baptist Church.
Wilma is survived by her two daughters, Debra Paulsen (Arlo) and Cynthia Stanford (Doug), both of Cedar City, Utah.
Also surviving are five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services
- Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 25, at 11 a.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary Chapel in Cedar City.
- Friends may call 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services at the mortuary.
- Interment will be in the Enoch Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Southern Utah Mortuary.
