Our angel was called to our Heavenly Father Monday June 6, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Marc Anthony Alegria was born July 18, 2008, in St. George, Utah, to parents: Marco Antonio Alegria & Elva Rios Alegria.
Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah. He enjoyed living life to the fullest. He loved playing soccer with his father and enjoyed playing games on his tablet. He was so kind to others and loved all God’s creations. He was full of happiness and loved spending every moment with his family. There was never a dull moment with Anthony. He enjoyed listening to stories and telling jokes. He loved to make everyone laugh.
Our little Anthony loved to be held by his mother while she sang to him. He was so special and smart. He always worried about others and wanted to help everyone he met. He loved sharing with family and friends. He was so ambitious, so hard working and so selfless. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
He is survived by sisters Erica (Page) Bowler, Beronica (Brandon) Larsen, Alexis Banuelos, Monica Banuelos, Jasmin A. Alegria, Jennifer Alegria.; brother, Marco A Banuelos; and one niece and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Hermenes Abarca; uncles, Daniel Alegria and Albaro Rios Rivera; aunt Maria Rios, and many others who welcomed him lovingly.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel, 110 S. Bluff, St. George.
- There will be a visitation on Friday, June 10, from 5-7 p.m. and again Saturday prior to services from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Mortuary.
- Interment will take place at the Tonaquint Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at Dixie Regional Medical Center, Life Flight crew, and the nurses and doctors at Sunrise Children’s Hospital.
