Don’t be too quick to judge. CPS is a corrupt system and does not have the best interest of the children. It’s a money maker and lives and families are being destroyed, they make up allegations and have a ghost writer write the reports. just one example in Arizona:

If I was political I would have said, “I can neither nor deny the allegations”

Actually what the political position is to this particular situation leads to an indifference of judicial decision created by the courts.
As the headway for decision making continues to be recreated in a political corrected society it remains to be enforceable as established in the legal avenues of justice.

It seems that the political injustice remains as unclear as to the civil justice is to the private sector.
This should answer all your questions and clear up any unreasonable judicial decision making as outlined by the congressional body of lawmakers…
