(December 20, 1973 – September 13, 2015)
Christopher James Eno passed away far too soon in his sleep last Sunday morning, September 13, 2015. Born December 20, 1973, in Twin Falls, Idaho, he would have been 42 this December.
Chris left behind his two children: son, Thomas (residing in Ivins), and his daughter Sierra (residing in Colorado). Chris made sure everyone knew his children were the light of his life. He was the kind of man who made friends wherever he went – he was always ready to help out anyone in need and went the extra mile for others.
Everyone who knew Chris will remember his laugh and his ability to make others smile. An avid outdoorsman, Chris was happiest when hunting or fishing; a love he passed on to his children. He often said that was when he was closest to God.
Chris is also survived by: his mother and stepfather, father and stepmother; his siblings: Brian, Paul (Marjorie), Elizabeth, Sarah, Michelene (Sam) Perez, and Janna (Colton) Hanebuth; and his large and loving extended family – aunts and uncles and cousins galore.
Funeral Services
- A gathering of friends and family will occur Saturday, Sept. 19, 1 p.m., at the Green Valley 9th Ward Chapel, 511 S. Valley View Drive, St. George.
In lieu of flowers, a savings account has been set up for his children under the name of his young son, Thomas Eno, at Mountain America Credit Union in St. George. The family would like to thank especially Russ and Duane at Serenity Funeral Home for their extraordinary (yet routine) kindness and care of Chris and our family. They, too, always go the extra mile.
