Wendy Robyn Dennis-Patten passed away on June 29, 2015, due to natural causes. Wendy was born as the first child to Donald and Jeanne Dennis on July 17, 1970, and was followed by her three loving brothers Robert, Paul, and Adam Dennis who adored their older sister.
Wendy was born in Cedar City, Utah, and moved to Springdale, Utah, at a young age. She attended Springdale Elementary and Hurricane High School, graduating in 1988, she gained many lifelong friends.
Married to Steve Harris in 1989, they welcomed their daughter Audry Harris in 1995 and then granddaughter Kadync Ewell in 2012 whom she loved and adored very much. In 2013, she married her loving husband Jimmy Patten and gained Brian and Dawn Patten, Rob and Leslie Patten, and Jeff Patten as step-children and five step-grandchildren, Brian Jr., Brianna, Taylor, Asher and Olivia.
Wendy worked at the Spotted Dog in Springdale, Utah from the age of 13 for over 30 years. Wendy loved the outdoors, playing gold, and watching sports on her free time. Wendy’s contagious giggle will be missed dearly.
Funeral Services
- A celebration of Wendy’s life will be July 17, 7 p.m. at The Bit & Spur in Springdale, Utah.
Arrangements have been made under the direction of the Spilsbury Mortuary.
