Region 9 Round Table: Highlights, interviews and more from 3AA playoffs

ST. GEORGE — Region 9 Round Table is back for the 2014-2015 football and basketball season, where fans can watch highlights and interviews, check out the stats and standings and hear the latest from STGNews sports editor Andy Griffin and ESPN SportsRadio’s Devin Dixon.

In association with Southern Utah LIVE, CEC-TV, ESPN SportsRadio 106.1 FM, KCSG-TV and St. George News, the Region 9 Round Table will be aired live every Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. and aired in prime time at 8 p.m. Wednesday evenings on KCSG Television (note the time change). It will also be re-broadcast on CEC-TV (Baja-22) Thursday at 7 p.m. and Friday at 6 p.m.

This week’s show features highlights from the quarterfinal round of the 3AA playoffs from last Friday, including Dixie’s amazing comeback vs. Stansbury. We also look at our five super studs of the week and name a player of the week. We then get to know our player of the week as Griffin sits down with him and talks one on one.

We’ll also break down the football playoffs as we head into this week’s quarterfinal round.

This week is the state semifinals and feature Dixie vs. Pine View on Thursday night (6:30 p.m.) and Desert Hills vs. Hurricane (6:30 p.m.). Both games can be hear on ESPNRadio 106.1 FM.
