Missing woman’s body found at workplace

ST. GEORGE – A Nevada woman reported missing Thursday night was found deceased at her place of employment early Friday morning.

Dana Cumberledge, 64, of Mesquite, Nevada, was reported missing by a family member when she didn’t return home from work in St. George, St. George Sgt. Rich Triplett said.

Police investigated and at 1:45 a.m., Friday, Cumberledge’s body was found dead in the restroom at an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in St. George where she worked.

Though the cause of death is currently unknown, it didn’t look suspicious to investigators, Triplett said.

Results from an autopsy are pending, he said.

I am sorry for this family’s loss. Dana had just recently given me a ride home after renting a car. She was very kind and it struck me what a happy person she was.
