ST. GEORGE — Packed with new capital and experienced leadership, newly created Jack Fisher Homes promises expansion in the St. George area, where the company already controls over a half-dozen housing developments.
Jack Fisher Homes is the creation of the same homebuilders who founded Henry Walker Homes. They launched their new company after successfully selling the Northern Utah properties and naming rights of Henry Walker to Colorado-based Oakwood Homes.
“We created Henry Walker Homes in the midst of the housing recession when others were fleeing the industry,” Colin Wright, managing partner of Jack Fisher Homes, said. “We succeeded then by sticking to our values of quality and customer service, and today we are even better positioned to succeed with Jack Fisher Homes.”
With more than 1,300 single-family residential units in its pipeline, Jack Fisher anticipates closing more than 230 homes in the remainder of 2014 with sales expected to exceed $70 million. Those numbers should nearly double in 2015.
“All of the original elements that made Henry Walker great are incorporated and improved upon with Jack Fisher Homes,” Wright said. “The influx of new capital, our years of experience, and the improved real estate landscape have us very excited about the future of Jack Fisher Homes.”
Jack Fisher Homes has assumed the homebuilding operations of Henry Walker’s complete portfolio of more than 15 developments in Utah and Colorado, including the exclusive “Escapes” brand of master-planned communities that draw inspiration from the expansive, stunning landscape of Southern Utah.
“We offer the best locations to live in scenic Southern Utah,” said Tyler Meyers, Southern Utah Division President of Jack Fisher Homes. “Under the Jack Fisher name we’ll have the freedom to acquire more land and meet the growing demand for our sought-after homes.”
Besides securing desirable locations, Meyers said Jack Fisher Homes will specialize in expert homebuilding with attention to detail along with a variety of floor plans for buyers seeking primary residences or vacation homes.
In Washington County, Jack Fisher Homes’ communities include Coral Canyon, Coral Ridge, Escapes at Entrada, Vistas at Entrada, Fairways at the Ledges, Escapes at the Ledges, Twin Creeks at Stonebridge, Red Mountain Estates, Escapes at Sienna Hills.
“We understand the Southern Utah market,” said Owen Fisher, founding partner of Jack Fisher Homes. “We now have the opportunity to take these communities to the next level with Jack Fisher Homes.”

Oh my goodness, Dixie Lambs – I have no idea. My role is Editor in Chief. I don’t even know what to say except my mind may have been saturated reading many comments. I will correct that comment reply. Thank you for starting my new day with a chuckle.
