Leo “Red” DeHeck, 83, passed away peacefully at home on July 13, 2014 surrounded by loving family.
Red was born on May 19, 1931 in Vancouver BC Canada. Married Juanita Jane Snell on April 16, 1983 and later sealed for time and all eternity on July 10, 1993 in the Provo, UT Temple.
Red retired from Dinosaur Tire in Price, UT after 17 years of service and in his retirement worked at the Southgate Golf Course for 12 years in St. George, UT: which he enjoyed immensely and made many friends. Red was proud to be a life-long 32nd Degree Shriner.
He is survived by his wife Juanita of St. George UT, his daughters Char (Dennis) McCarthy of Mesa, AZ, Renee DeHeck of Seattle, WA, Marci (Rick) Barnes of Kelseyville, CA. Step-children Darin (Laura) Kleinman of Stansbury Park, UT, Trina(Paul) Sallee of Glasgow, MT. Brother, Glenn of Surrey, BC Canada. 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A special thanks to Brien Heideman and Jimmie Hughes and their staff at HeidemanHughes Mortuary for their compassion, and tender care. Also thanks to family, friends and neighbors whom we are indebted to for their enduring love and prayers.
- Funeral services will be Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Snow Canyon LDS Stake center, 1184 N. Dixie Downs Rd.
- Viewing at Heideman Hughes Mortuary, 1037 E. 700 S. St. George, UT on Friday, July, 18, from 6-7 p.m. and also July 19, from 10–10:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
- Burial service at Tonaquint Cemetary, 1777 S. Dixie Drive, St. George immediately following funeral, under the direction of Heideman Hughes Mortuary.
