CEDAR CITY – The Iron County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of an unidentified woman after her body was discovered Friday morning near Cedar City.
At around 10:30 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a suspicious circumstances call on Tipple Road, about two miles south of Cedar City, Iron County Sheriff’s Sgt. Nik Johnson said in a statement sent out Saturday.
“Upon arrival they located the body of a deceased female near the road,” Johnson said. “Investigators have not at this time confirmed the identity of this female. They have also not confirmed the cause of death at this time.”
The investigation is ongoing.

Sorry to hear about the woman from dead that really makes me sick I am a over the road driver and every truck stop and rest area throughout the U.S. there are pictures of missing persons what goes on with the people that kid nap these people and commit crimes like this? It almost seems like it is not the U.S. anymore
