ST. GEORGE — A St. George man was arrested Thursday at 11 a.m. in connection with the sexual abuse of two children after an investigation was initiated by the alleged victims.
The children came forward and made accusations against the man, an investigation ensued and the man was subsequently arrested, St. George Police Sgt. Sam Despain said.
“As far as the details on that, due to the nature of the crime and age of the victims we cannot give any more information,” Despain said.
Police arrested Kirc Harold Wells, 37, of St. George and charged him with three counts of first-degree felony aggravated sexual abuse and two counts of first-degree felony sodomy of a child.
Wells was booked into Washington County’s Purgatory Correctional Facility and his bail at booking totals $100,000.

considering he is charged with 3 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, and 2 counts of sodomy on a child, and both of these charges mean the child was less then 14 years old, he belongs in prison if he is convicted. I agree, sexual abuse of children in this state are out of control. How are there so many podos in one state?!? And think of what ISN”T reported? Yes, to catch a predator would be very busy here!
Thank goodness these children were strong enough to come forward. I hope that they receive the support and necessary treatment to heal from these horrific assaults.

Sandusky is now safely behind bars. But unfortunately, Kustyan, who has been formally charged with two counts each of 1st Degree Sodomy and Sexual Abuse of a ten-year-old little boy, fled to avoid imminent arrest. Kustyan, formerly of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Hermin/ Mazingarbe, France, as an English teacher, has led numerous groups of schoolchildren on trips to the US, the UK and Ireland.. Pedophiles condemn their victims to a lifetime of emotional and psychological trauma and often permanent physical ailments as well. Since the average pedophile has 300 different victims in their lifetime and since the recidivism rate among pedophiles is virtually 100% and since there is no effective treatment and no known cure they must be stopped ASAP!
