Loa DeMille Brinkerhoff, age 91 passed away February 13, 2014 in St. George, UT. She was born April 11, 1922 In Hurricane Utah to Conrad O. and Margaret Anderson DeMille. She married her Sweetheart Silas Brinkerhoff June 22, 1939 in Orderville, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple.
Loa loved Life. She loved cooking, reading and making quilts, to name a few.
She will be remembered as a hard working mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her Children; Jeniel (Cleo) Connell, Alamo, NV, Alpine (Helen) Brinkerhoff, St. George, UT, Dale (Gayle) Brinkerhoff, St. George, UT, Verlene Pace, Washington, UT and Scott Brinkerhoff, Washington, UT, 92 Grandchildren, Great and Great, Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Helen Leavitt, Gunlock, UT.
She is preceded in death by her husband, and sons Von and Mardell Brinkerhoff.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services for Loa will be Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff, St. George UT.
- There will be a viewing prior to Services from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- Interment will follow in the Washington City Cemetery.
