(December 13, 1938 – January 19, 2014)
Mary Kathleen Johnson Robbins was born in American Fork, Utah, December 13, 1938 to Leslie A. and Fern Johnson. She was the second of ten children. She married Daryl E. Robbins in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on October 14, 1955. They made their home in Pleasant Grove and moved to Tremonton in 1966. In 2004, they became snowbirds and divided their time between Tremonton and Washington, Utah.
Kathleen was devoted to her family, enjoyed working with the children in Primary and loved to garden. Because she married young, she did not finish high school. She earned her GED one year before her oldest child graduated from high school.
Kathleen passed away on January 19, 2014, at home with her husband and daughter, Annette, by her side. She is survived by her sweetheart of 58 years; daughters Annette (Craig) Scott, Patricia (Terry) Carney, Holly (Ronald) Flannery; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rachell Robbins.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Washington 6th Branch LDS Chapel, 700 E. Telegraph Street, Washington, Utah.
- A viewing will be held from 10-10:40 a.m. prior to the service at the chapel.
- Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery in Tremonton on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014 at 3 p.m.
