ST. GEORGE – Co-founder of Be Hot Yoga Studio in St. George, Sheila Ilias Brown, of St. George, died on Saturday of a rare form of leukemia. Brown co-founded Be Hot Yoga Studio along with her husband Jt Brown. The Brown family have been major contributors to the health and wellness industry in St. George.

Sheila Brown spent her last week fighting the leukemia at Dixie Regional Medical Center, as well as a pneumonia and bacterial infection that spread from her lungs into her bloodstream. She is survived by her daughter Shiloh and husband Jt Brown.

There has been a donation fund set up to help with the funeral costs and the chemotherapy and hospital bills.

“Let’s stand together and continue to support and pray for Jt, his little girl Shiloh and the Brown family,” said Ryan Ruud, brother- in-law of Sheila Brown. “We still have a goal of $25,000 by Feb. 14 but would like to raise $10,000 by next Friday. These donations will help towards funeral cost. Consider a donation in lieu of flowers. We will keep you posted on the details of the funeral. Thank you graciously.”

Information regarding donations can be found on the Fighting for Sheila’s Life Fundraising Page  and the Fighting for Sheila’s Life Facebook Page.
