ST. GEORGE — On Monday morning a St. George man was arrested by the St. George Police Department on 10 counts of credit card fraud.
Noah Benjamin Thomas, 32, was tracked down and arrested after an investigation concluded that began approximately a month ago, St. George Police Department Public Information Officer, Sam Despain said.
The initial case began when an individual reported that someone had been using their credit card without permission or approval and, throughout the course of the investigation, Thomas was found to be a suspect.
After the investigating officer determined that Thomas had in fact used the card without permission, he was arrested and charged with credit card fraud for every instance he had used the card. Thomas was found to have used the card 10 times without permission, which resulted in 10 third-degree felony charges for financial card possession, and one second-degree felony charge for theft over $5,000.
Thomas was booked into Washington County’s Purgatory Correctional Facility at approximately 9:30 a.m., Monday. His bail is currently set at $60,000.
Persons charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

On the arrests page, he looks like he’d blow away in a strong wind. I’m sure the other inmates will have fun tossing him around the recreation yard.
You obviously have no clue what goes on in jail. We have no reason to toss anyone around, unless they are talking … or a child molester. Don’t talk about jail when you know nothing about it.
